About Me
Karen earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 1994 and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997. Karen is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
Karen began her legal career serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Ralph DeLuccia and the Honorable Edward Gannon in Passaic County Superior Court. After gaining valuable experience in private practice, she established her own firm in 2003, initially focusing on family law, residential real estate transactions, municipal court representation, and estate planning.
Over time, Karen has refined her practice to emphasize transactional matters, with particular concentration in real estate and small business representation. She has developed substantial experience handling diverse real estate transactions, including residential purchases and sales, residential and commercial leasing, commercial property transactions, and business operations matters. Karen continues to represent clients in municipal court proceedings and provides estate planning services.
A lifelong Bergen County resident, Karen lives with her husband Mike and their son Mason. The family enjoys spending summers at the Jersey Shore and shares a passion for sports. Karen has dedicated significant time to community service, providing pro bono family law assistance through various women's organizations and volunteering with several nonprofits that support women and children, including Covenant House.
